The Northumbria Vikings are a group member of the national re-enactment society known as The Vikings. Further information on the national Vikings society can be found on their website by clicking on one of the logos below. Follow the links to “Events” on the Vikings webpages for forthcoming national events, including smaller local events outside of the Northumbria Viking’s home territory in North East of England.
Northumbria Vikings do not have any more local shows in 2019 and our 2020 local calendar is still being finalised. 2020 Events further afield :- HEYSHAM : The Northumbria Vikings will be at the Heysham Festival near Lancaster on the weekend of 18th-19th July 2020. See the festival facebook page for further details. WHITBY : The Northumbria Vikings as part of the national Viking society will be participating in a major show at Whitby Abbey over the August Bank Holiday, 29th-31st August 2020 : see the English Heritage websites for further details nearer the event date.
